Unbalanced checks in the system

I am getting really tired of the judiciary feeling like they can set federal policy. I’m not sure how the system morphed so that any judge pretty much anywhere can make a ruling that affects the entire country.

The most egregious overreach has, of course, been in regards to deportations. But now a judge, who just got overruled on appeal regarding deportation of people to a third country if their home country refuses to take them, now has decided that he can set vaccine schedules in the US.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the 1st Circuit ruled Monday that the Trump administration can continue to quickly deport migrants to third countries after U.S. District Judge Brian Murphy directed the administration last month to first try to remove migrants to the country they came from and allow them to contest the deportation if their home country is not available.

Murphy on Monday blocked the Trump administration from making a series of changes to vaccines, including a recent overhaul of the childhood vaccine schedule. 

Obstructionist judges are acting like the true ‘kings’ of the country, overruling the will of the people and protecting the old status quo. At what point can they be removed from the bench? Can a litmus be put into place–if their ‘rulings’ are overturned a certain number of times, they’re out?

It’s got to stop.

    I’m kinda of the opinion that John Adams was correct when he said, quote “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.”
    The US is no longer a moral nation (not that there are not deeply moral people here) and has almost rejected Christianity and embraced communism, atheism and Is\am.
    If we are always saying that we stand for the Constitution, then we need to start living as if we believed it.
    I believe the Constitution needs to be suspended (temporarily) and we need to rain chaos down on the heads of the haters of this country. Judges, leftists, Most Pols et al.
    Like the Marines needed to be even more brutal than the enemy in SE Asia in WW2 out of necessity…. it’s time I think, and may God have mercy on us all.

    The SJC ruled, sometime earlier this year, that federal judges needed to limit their rulings to their own jurisdictions. Federal district judges have chosen to give the finger to the SJC and continue to make their rulings applicable to the entire country and territories, including the any rule or EO issued by the Executive branch.

    Short of suspending the Constitution and rounding up all of these rogue, obstructionist Demonrat judges who continue to ignore “separate but equal” and throwing them in the deepest hole one can find, this unconstitutional behavior on their part will continue until The People say enough.

    Sure as shit CONgress isn’t going to do anything about it. They can’t even agree on making a law requiring citizenship, provable by a verified ID, to vote. However, they have to use their verified CONgressional ID to vote on any measure before the House or Senate. Rules for thee, but not for me.

    El Salvador figured out that they had to get rid of the corrupt judges before they could fix anything else. They were able to impeach them. The moderate solution.

    Add to this all the local judges that play catch and release.

    Since the SC has ruled on limiting scope, there are options. 1) Ignore outside the district; 2) arrest, arraign, and jail the judges for acting beyond their remit until they cancel the order; or 3) charge with malfeasance in office and dismiss/disbar. Until there is a serious penalty this behavior will continue.

    We have, in many cases, the Best Judges that Money Can Buy.

    As evinced here, anyway.
    But hey, never mind, Nothing To See Here…..Move Along.
