And the taxpayers are on the hook again in Loudoun County, VA

At least this time it’s for a good reason. You may recall the boys who objected to a mentally ill girl (who filmed them) in their locker room and got Title IX violations on their records where the girl got no punishment and the muslim student had no repercussions either.

Well, they sued. And despite a judge making them front $125,000 (that the local community ponied up), they got a settlement from the school board. Which means from the Loudoun County taxpayers.

Unfortunately neither the individuals on the school board nor the high school administrators are personally liable so they will learn nothing. Nor will the taxpayers who will continually be on the hook for their policies and will continue to re-elect them.

  1. You know it was bad when they judge put zey/zim/zers thumb heavily on the scale of justice and they still got taken to the cleaners. I used to say that we have a legal system not a justice system, but now I think we simply shifted the criminals from one side of the bench to the other.
