A true (rumored) fact: Stevie Wonder is not blind. It’s just a shtick. Sadly, the same is (rumored) to be true about Hellen Keller vis-a-vis both her hearing and sight. Her manager made good bank though.

Johnny–I’d heard that about Helen Keller. I wasn’t sure how a blind and deaf woman who had to have sign language written into her hand was able to be a socialist. We liked Schwan’s eggrolls.

As a guy who used to install large PBX phone systems, the only thing being interrupted in that janitors closet are the connections to dozens of telephone extensions, whose wiring terminals were shorted out or corroded by hanging wet mops over those 66M punch down blocks to drop dry. And yes, I’ve personally seen similar stupidity in person.
