Never trust anyone who doesn’t like dogs

Here’s Jake Tapper, calling it bigotry to choose a dog over a muslim. He can fuck right off.

Fine’s comment was in response to a post by “Nerdeen Kiswani, the co-founder of the pro-Palestinian group “Within Our Lifetime,” in which she called dogs “unclean” and said that “NYC is coming to Islam.””

Of course she’s dancing it back and calling her words ‘satire’. Anyone who believes that has a lower IQ than AOC.

Apparently I’m not the only one who thinks Tapper is so far on the wrong side on this one that he can’t see daylight. But if you go to the NBC link here, you’ll see that others agree with him.

Here’s the full text of Schlichter’s response in case the links fail.

2/16/26 – On Dogs And Those Who Hate Them Some of us have lived in Muslim countries and understand how they treat dogs,

@jaketapper. During one of my deployments, we had to inform the locals, in no uncertain terms, that no, they would not conduct their annual dog cull. In other words, they were not going to go out and kill every stray dog they could find. And they wisely complied. Your fake fussy outrage doesn’t overcome what we saw. I expect there are some Muslims who don’t consider dogs haram and who are willing to treat dogs in the manner of civilized people. That doesn’t mean that’s not a tenet of faith for a significant portion of Muslims. A significant number of Muslims hate dogs. And, in fact, some Muslims who have come to the West have demanded that we accommodate their bigotry against these wonderful creatures. So, no. I’m not going to accommodate anyone who dislikes dogs for any reason. My dogs are more important than people who hate or dislike dogs. If you think that makes me a bad person or a bigot, I am completely indifferent to your opinion. This is not open to debate. We’re going to keep our dogs as we always have. If you come to our civilization, you’re going to respect our pets, or there’s going to be trouble. John Wick is the moderate position on this issue. Fellow vets, feel free to share your dog stories from the Muslim world for the benefit of

@jaketapper and others who want to shame you into submission.

I’m not quite sure how defending our pets and saying that we would choose them over muslims actually affects the latter at all. To me, they are dehumanizing themselves by denying the bond between humans and dogs.

Per Schlichter’s comment above, John Wick would be considered to be moderate if they try that crap here (they have started it in Britain, aided by the police).

  1. I’ll take the side of dogs easily, over damned. However, what we are going to see here is a cultural showdown, most likely with western women as the fulcrum point of it. The major reason we are being overrun with to begin with is because so many western women (mostly of the liberal variety) are craving men with strong frame to “put them back in their place”, and who better to do that than an invasion of savage ?

It will come to pass that their subconscious desire to submit to strong men is going to run right up against the obsession so many western women have with their dogs (aka “fur babies”, a term that makes me want to puke) like the Titanic hitting an iceberg.

We shall see which innate behavioral tendency (the need for strong men to guide them, versus the need for dogs, as a substitute for all the children they’ve failed to have) is stronger. But make no mistake, the outcome hinges primarily on that battlespace, unless men of western nations finally go all in on responding forcefully to the constant shit tests that have lead our countries into these political deathtraps. That is the as yet unknown variable that could override all other angles.

    1. BRD–I edited your comment a little bit. You are spot on in your evaluation, but I do not like derogatory terms for groups. I think they detract from your argument.

  3. I admit that I’m always astounded at how non-thinking liberals are when it comes to Islam. Liberals have fully embraced the concept of “the enemy of my enemy is my friend.” Liberals hate Christians, and since Christians have been raising the alarm against Islam for decades, liberals embrace Muslims. If liberals did the bare mininimun of research at all, they would realize that living under Islamic law will be vastly easier for Christians than liberals.

The Handmaid’s Tale is real; it just got the religion wrong.

Islam’s next target should be San Francisco.

    1. Indeed. And there would be the added benefit of many tall buildings there, which I understand muslims rather enjoy for their rooftop terraces. They may, however, be put off by the fact that most of the crap found on the streets there is human, not canine.

  4. Jake Trapper probably lives in building with 24-hour, professional security. He is probably 3 minutes from a police response and he probably pays north of $10k a month in rent.

Most of us don’t have that. We live +45 minutes from a police response. We do not have paid, professional security patrolling our demesne.

What we DO have are dogs, whether it is a Beagle, Jack Russel Terrier, German Shepherd or Lab or Heinz 57 and we have various means-of-persuasion. To use our persuasive powers, we need to be alerted…and that is part of what our dogs do.

How very noble of him to want us “little people” defenseless.

  6. never met a dog I didn’t like. even the ones that tried to bite me.
can’t say the same about people though. spent some time in the middle east and Europe and got to see with my own eyes how these “folks” treat dogs. so, no. I never lost any sleep over what happen to those “folks” that did that.
what I do not understand is how on earth did we bring in or left so many of these “folks” come into our country ?
regardless of what you may be, hurt one of my dogs or hurt a dog in front of me and we going to have a problem. I may forget YOUR name, but not your dog’s name.

I certainly like dogs over Jake Tapper.
Hell, I like cats, horses, cows, hogs and maybe even possums over Jake Tapper.

  8. I’m not particularly fond of dogs having had several run ins with them on my paper route as a kid. However, anyone that wants to have one as a companion is their business.

The real irony here is that people told the voters of NYC that they weren’t going to like being governed by Mamdani. They didn’t believe the warnings. Now they’re stuck, unless they recall or impeach him.

The thing that really astounded me about that election is it’s only been 25 years since Muslims took down the twin towers. How quickly people forget.

I always thought the far left loon Tapper’s name was Tapioca.

  9. We had a stray dog that our unit adopted in Saudi Arabia during Desert Storm. He was a great little companion. Always wondered what happened to “Scud”. On the other end of the spectrum, I sometimes wonder about what happened to the PLO dudes who shot at us. They were not so great.
