Judges–showing themselves to be farces

Or at the very least their clerks are, and the judges are signing orders that are very clearly AI written.

A Clinton Era judge who has been on the bench for 32 years just wrote an order to release the 5 year old whose father abandoned him in order to run from ICE, actually signed an order that ended with the words:

“With a judicial finger in the constitutional dike”. And it’s dated February 31, 2026.

It’s pretty well known that AI has a problem with dates. There’s no internal calendar and no time check (last time I investigated this oddness).

The rest of the ‘ruling’ is chock full of blathering weirdness also. Something that a twenty-something clerk would think looks impressive, but to those who actually have a brain, resembles the ramblings of a madman with quotes from the Declaration of Independence. There’s even a Franklin quote thrown in for good measure. You can read the whole thing here.

The verbiage seems pretty similar to the dissent by Justice DEI Hire last year.

And if you want another epitome of a farce, I present to you Judge Speedlin-Gonzalez of Texas.

The judicial branch seems to think that they are more than a check or balance and have decided to take over the workings of the other two branches. But they can’t even do that without cheating (so it looks like to me) and so are becoming caricatures of themselves.

  2. Why should the judiciary be the only branch that isn’t a clown show?

  3. They exist because, unless they commit a heinous crime, they are never impeached and unless it’s an elected judicial position, serving for their lifetime or whenever they feel like retiring.

The reason they write these outrageous orders and opinions is to slow the executive, legislative and judicial process and they do that very well despite Chief Justice Roberts opining that there are no Clinton, Bush or Obama judges. We witness his cluelessness every day.

  4. B–And male judges with female clerks whose work they don’t check. Too many women in the legal profession are spoiling that branch as well.

steves–It was too much to hope that one branch would have their shit together.

    Nemo–Excellent points.
