First Waffle House experience, a guy who looked like Uncle Si from Duck Dynasty came in and flipped the staff off. Next morning, tried to get breakfast and they were closed due to an OD in the bathroom. I figure that was peak Waffle House experience and haven’t tried going back.

Every CONgress critter, EU MP’s and IPCC participant should see the meme about China and coal.
Not only do they burn coal, they’ve been building a NEW coal fired electric generating plant every week since early last decade AND they burn brown coal to boot which is the worst pollution generator. That’s why they had to shut down most of the electric plants, steel mills and other heavy industry to hold the Summer Olympics in 2020.
The President and VP of Sales at the last company I worked for went there at the end of the 90’s. They said you couldn’t go outside without N95 masks on because the air was so polluted.
The one about sun burn and freezing to death is sssoooooo apropos.
