I had honestly forgotten that Snoop Dogg was a performer…

He was making so much bank by being the high guy in the commercials, that his rapping had taken a back seat.

But he brought it at the halftime show at the Detroit Lion’s game on Christmas day.

YMMV, but to me this was true entertainment and a fantastic halftime show with something for everyone.

I’m calling this a win. They should just replay this during the Super Bowl halftime show spot.

  1. If I never saw another guy publicly adjust his package again I would still be stained by the minute of watching snoop dog perform that type of so called entertainment/art.

    Thank you.

    1. Milton–I went back and watched it again. Did not see any conspicuous crotch grabbing. His hand was on his thigh and stomach quite a bit. I think he was deliberately trying not to do a grab because he was maintaining some class. Not sure who peed in your Cheerios but if you didn’t watch it to the end you missed some good performances.

  2. I have to admire what Snoop has done in his life. Could have turned out much different.

  3. He did a good show for the 2025 AFL Premiership too. Not my type of stuff, but categorizes a lot of what passes for entertainment.

    1. Matthew–Seriously?? When it comes to rappers, he’s pretty decent and innocuous. He coached his kids’ football team for goodness’ sake and vacuums his own cars. I’ll repeat what I said before, who peed in your Cheerios?

  5. Ahh, ma’am no disrespect intended- m.w.c.
We shouldn’t need to watch a professional entertainer for too long to determine whether there is virtuous, redeeming value to the art being presented.
In this particular case I found none.
A 102 year old veteran singing the national anthem, I might give a thumbs-up to that. Thanks for what you do.
