Bennie–Agreed. But Chicago is so messed up that the taxpayers would end up footing the bill and the ‘judge’ gets off scot-free.

There need to be public hangings in this country again. Retribution- not rehabilitation. Rehabilitation is a fantasy. There must be blood for blood payment.
