The epitome of self-entitled

There’s a guy on X with the handle Chicago1Ray. He most recently has a bunch of TikTok videos of folks who have apparently been sucking taxpayers dry and have not added anything except their spawn to the world.

Here’s a couple of them:

I deliberately pulled these two videos out and put them side by side due to one thing: both people claimed that the taxpayers work for them.

The first guy says he’s not going to work the required twenty hours to earn his benefits and the second one just got evicted because some taxpayers turned her in after she posted that she only pays $50 for a two bedroom apartment with the taxpayers taking the rest of the hit. As a note, she can’t even remember how many members are in her family.

I’m pretty sure the Dems started calling welfare and EBT and the like ‘entitlements’ because most of the recipients feel they are entitled to our money. And that’s why it has to stop. They have been allowed to skate around the rules. The government turned the EBT cards into credit cards so that those using them wouldn’t feel embarrassed. All they did was create a social program leviathan that begets monsters.

And speaking of monsters, here’s that second woman again. Just to underline the issue.

  2. And she’s so SLENDER living off the “kindness” of the taxpayer too.

    Right.

Well, it’s my hope she made that last video in her car BECAUSE SHE’S LIVING IN IT.

Been there and done THAT myself…

And… if any of these PARASITES is looking for sympathy, try the dictionary. You’ll find it somewhere between SHIT and SYPHILIS.

That’s if you know how to READ of course….

  4. it makes me laugh , how these so called “Strong Independent women” can not break away from the ultimate “baby daddy” the Government. “I dont let no man tell me what to do ” Is their rallying call , but all the while they have to toe the line and do whatever the .gov bureaucrats decide they should or loose the benefits. Get a job ? nope ! stay at home with the kids. Marry your sweetheart ? No! then you might loose some free shit. I’d hate to have that mindset , give me a little overtime !

  5. Wait’ll the EBT cards stop working at the beginning of next month, assuming the shut down continues. The chimp outs are going to be glorious and present a target rich environment.

Could be the start of a great culling to fore ever change the cultural dynamic of the large Demonrat run cities.

That’ll be the final nail in the Demonrats coffin.

Trump is a master strategist pre deploying the Guard to deal with the riots.

Schmuck Shumer and his fellow commie buddy Bernie “The Finger” Sanders think they’re winning by continuing the shutdown. They couldn’t be more wrong.

Imagine how Mamdani’s gonna deal with the riots in NYC. He doesn’t have a clue.

‘Course the Demonrats will probably cave at the last minute to avoid bloodshed, then claim victory by avoiding it.

I’m hoping they’re not that smart.

To think that Lincoln and the Republicans freed the slaves and the their descendants have voted for the slave holders for the last 50 years boggles the mind.

  7. Way back in the day, Beloved Wife’s father went on strike as a Ma Bell employee, and their large family had to go on public assistance for a couple of months. 50+ years later, BW and her many siblings still speak about the shame of buying milk and bread with food stamps, and the Christmas that wasn’t. It was a painful period that shaped them all into the conservative adults that each became. None of this ‘entitled’ crap.

boneman–I do hope she and her six or seven family members end up in her car. Let’s see how many are willing to work after a couple of weeks.

Mark–Agreed. And those people are nothing but thieves, and are proud of it.

C.R.C.–When their only goal is more taxpayer funding money, then they are lost causes.

Nemo–There are a lot of miscreants already screaming that they are going to rob the nearest Walmart if their cards stop working. I hope there’s extra security–they’ll get three squares in jail.

Anon–Thanks for that! It so much mirrored ones that weren’t, that it was hard to tell.

Harbinger–And that was how it was supposed to be to keep people from becoming what we have now.

  9. The welfare system was designed with fraud in mind. Not preventing it, encouraging it. One woman I know applied for EBT and was told by the state employee that she should divorce her husband. If he wasn’t in the picture, the state would give her housing allowance and a bunch of other goodies. The state employee told her she didn’t actually have to separate, just make sure that the husband slips out the back when the state shows up to see how everyone is doing. (No, I don’t think the woman should have received EBT, but this comment is long enough).

There are two sisters that I know that are border-line EBT recipients.

The first one is the poster child for why EBT should be eliminated. She is constantly under-employed. Constantly calling in sick for one reason or another (which means she is constantly being fired). When she gets money, she rushes out and buys fast-food. She lives in a world of her own making and makes zero attempt to better herself. The universe would be better off without her. She’s roughly 37 years old.

The second one did everything right, well, except the guy she married. I don’t know the story on how he he got hooked on meth (coworker?) — and took off and disappeared. If he dies a horrible death, only his fleas will miss him. His wife and kids are a different subject. When faced with a mortgage payment without the husband’s paycheck, the wife literally pulled weeds in neighbors yards to get enough money to make the mortgage. She works full-time, is working on her bachelor’s degree, has a couple of side hustles to bring in extra money, … I have no problem with her and her kids receiving EBT (and if we can extract it from the ex-husband’s hide, I’m all for it.) But that’s because (a) the situation she is in wasn’t [necessarily] her fault, (b) she’s actively trying to better herself, and (c) she’s working to bring in as much money as she can.

Alas, I think the last one is the exception to the rule.

  10. Just saw a clip on SNAP/EBT on Newsmax’s Finnerty hour.

From his reporting, 12+% of the country are food stamps. That’s roughly 39MILLION people. That 12% number closely correlates with the 13.5% of the population demographic that are melanin enhanced. Coinkydink?

In the southern states, east of the Mississippi, the numbers are much higher than the national average. Again, guess what population demographic resides in those states to a larger degree than northern or western states.

  11. I’m sure the folks above will tell you how terrible it was that (some of) their ancestors endured slavery, and they want reparations–but they’ll happily be slaves to the government.
The problem isn’t even primarily racial. I’ve known quite a few such people with paler skin than mine. It’s an attitude, the mindset of a leech.
“Entitlements’, my ass. Entitlements that Congress can’t touch is a thing that needs to change, and the rolls need to be cleaned up. People who truly need help should get it, and be humbly grateful. Some truly are; I’ve known folks who were prayerfully thankful for the assistance they received.
Those who can work, should work. If you don’t work, you don’t eat, as someone once put it. I can’t recall just whom at the moment…

  12. Unferth–I truly don’t think it started that way, but, as with all things government, turned out that way. The black population was warned about it and were told that it would destroy them and they ignored the warning. There are always exceptions to every rule.

Nemo–They do try to say that there are a lot of white folks (a lot in Appalachia) on SNAP, and to a certain extent that is true, but I’m going to say the ratio is weighed heavily towards the black and brown populations.

TN Budd–It is a mindset and it is now generational and race is only one factor.

She has 8 kids and didn’t even show up in court when the first 5 were taken away from her by the state some 35 years ago or so. She is in her 70’s now and about 10 years ago, she told us that she was moving back to Oregon (after living close to us in Texas for three years) because, in her words, “in Oregon they take care of me like I deserve”. That was after she told us in a family meeting that we had been given jobs just so we could continue to bless her and her brother told her that he hadn’t been given a job, he had gone out and found jobs over the years and that she needed to do the same thing because he wasn’t going to support her any more. That’s my wife’s second oldest sister and her baby sister is a lot like this lady in the video in that she was living in a government provided house, paying $3 a month in rent (this was in the 1980’s) and when they found out she actually had a job at McDonald’s, they were going to raise her rent to $90 a month so she quit her job instead.

Don’t tell my wife but I detest the both of them.

  16. back in the early 90’s after I left the army with 2 kids in tow.
I stopped in at the state unemployment office. once there i was given bennies. like MAD bennies. since I had the kids,
they gave me food stamps. and as it was the middle of the month. I got that months stamps and stamps for the next month. PLUS 700 bucks for heat as winter was coming. (?)
got hired inside of two weeks after that. called and asked about turning in the stamps I had left. THERE IS NO PLAN OR WAY TO DO THAT. yes. I found that hard to believe.
they told me that has never happened before (?)
later on, I found that the butcher shop took stamps and used the rest of them filling my freezer and my Dad’s freezer.
it was unreal how much was given to me for 3 weeks.
BTW. the “heat check” filled my oil tank for close to two years.
it no wonder they don’t want to go to work !
