DEI Justice strikes again

Justice Kentaji Brown Jackson let her racism show again during arguments about Louisiana redistricting.

As a note:

A district court order mandated the creation of an additional majority-black district in Louisiana to avoid “vote dilution,” Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas notes. Plaintiffs challenging Louisiana allege “that the congressional map’s second majority-black district amounted to an unconstitutional racial gerrymander.”

Her comments basically amounted to a comparison of black folks with those with disabilities by comparing the creation of a special black-only voting district with the ADA.

“Congress passed the [ADA] against the backdrop of a world that was generally not accessible to people with disabilities. And so it was discriminatory in effect, because these folks were not able to access these buildings. And it didn’t matter whether the person who built the building or owned the building intended for them to be exclusionary, that’s irrelevant. Congress said the facilities have to be made equally open to people with disabilities, if readily possible. I guess, I don’t understand why that’s not what’s happening here.”

But wait, there’s more:

“The idea in Section 2 is that we are responding to current day manifestations of past and present decisions that disadvantage minorities and make it so that they do not have equal access to the voting system. Right, they’re disabled,” Jackson argued.

And then she pulled a hissy fit, which is the last refuge of the intellectually outclassed.

And she will never resign so we’ve got another few decades of this.

  1. Entering “Can Supreme Court[…]” into DuckDuckGo, the first two auto-completion suggestions listed are “[…]justices be impeached” and “[…]justices be removed”. Clearly others are wondering if there is a legal, ethical way of preventing decades more of that racist moron’s cringe-inducing, nonsensical jibber-jabber.

If she isn’t put out of her (and our) misery by an exasperated and embarrassed Clarence Thomas, it would take an unlikely impeachment by the House of Representatives and a subsequent conviction by the Senate to remove KBJ from the bench. Dunno if gross incompetence is legal grounds for dismissal from what is by definition a lifetime appointment, but I am all for setting the precedent and letting the chips fall where they may.

  4. It’s called “Failing Upward” through the racist, anti-white system of DIE that the Marxists have been pushing upon us since we were saddled with *spit* LBJ’s *spit* “Great Socialist Society.” Everyone who had the chance to toss this dim-witted, sub-retarded POS into the dustbin of history pushed her off onto someone else to deal with via “promotion”, lest they be sued for “racism/sexism/whateverism.”

Keep your powder dry. We’re not getting out of this by “voting harder.”

  6. A little off topic, but parallel to the main theme of the article is this treatise, BY A FEMALE WRITER, with her take on how the 19th and the feminism movement from the 70’s have screwed up the country. I came across this yesterday via Liberty Daily: https://www.compactmag.com/article/the-great-feminization/

I just KNEW somehow that our esteemed hostess would be posting an article sometime soon where this essay would add to the discussion.

It’s not a quick read, 10-15 min. Well worth the time. The article’s points couldn’t be made in a shorter version.

It’s a VERY interesting analysis with cause, effect, current statistics and where we’re going if corrections aren’t made.

As to KBJ, she’s Bribem’s parting FU to the country.

Think about how lucky we are that Merrick Garland didn’t also make it to the bench.

We dodged a suck pill the size of a bus steering wheel with that one thanks to Mitch invoking Bribem’s own Senate rule on that nomination. The only good thing Mitch did for the country in his entire time in the Senate and coincidentally Bribem also.

    Gotta love karma.
