Imane Khelif, the dude who was allowed to pound the snot out of women at the Olympics and took home a gold medal is doing everything EXCEPT submitting a cheek swab for a gender check in order to compete in women’s boxing.
World Boxing finally implemented a rule that says that at least once in their boxing career, everyone must do a genetic gender check, following in the footsteps of the International Boxing Association which was excoriated during the Olympics.
Khelif is trying to appeal the rule, is trying to get an exception to the rule, and is missing competitions because he won’t just submit a test. Because it’ll very likely show what the IBA already knew, that the dude is a dude and NOT a lady.
I’ll just note that the International Olympics Committee still hasn’t pulled this guy’s medal.
