As one that’s been known to sport a Kilt from time to time… the 25mph rule is a very good one. Particularly if you care to avoid arrest for indecent exposure.
THAT said… you would be amazed at how many brazen ladies either ask or… CHECK… to see what is… or is NOT worn beneath! :-S

When Russia waa not an international pariah, and the Somalis were causing problems, you could go on a Russian cruise where the ship would act like a merchant ship near the Somali coast. You could rent the 50cal machine gun (and buy bullets for it) if any pirates showed up.

I have seen a guy’s truck leave him. I jumped in it put it in gear and set the parking brake for him. Kind off odd conversation at first explaining why I was getting out out his truck.
