Proving again that doctors are part of the problem

A pediatrician in Massachusetts referred a couple with a perfectly healthy child to Children and Family Services because they indicated they were not going to get the child vaccinated. Before BigBrother.gov could sweep in and take all of their children (5 in total), the couple took it on the lam. They got caught after a multi-state search and are now in jail.

The parents, who homeschool their children, stated to their pediatrician that they were opposed to their new baby receiving the shots based on their sincerely held religious beliefs. Despite citing religious exemptions which are law in Massachusetts, the father, Isael Rivera is being held in Worcester County Jail on a $200,000 bond or 20K cash bail, while the couple’s five children have reportedly been taken into custody by Child Protective Services (CPS).

“This is a blatant violation of fundamental rights on multiple levels,” says Ron Bouchard, Constitutional Law Strategist. “By what authority has this family been apprehended and for what? Was there a warrant? What is familial kidnapping? A family has the right to travel with their children. How and why have they been reported missing, and by whom? What laws have they broken and what imminent danger exists to justify the drastic action of DCF and the Fitchburg Police Department traumatizing this family by tearing it apart?”

“State Police were everywhere, yelling ‘come out with your hands up,’” the Airbnb host recounted to the family’s sponsor. “The parents were arrested, charged with familial kidnapping, and the children were seized by CPS.”

Advocates consider this to be a modern-day witch hunt, accusing DCF and Fitchburg police of overreach. “They’re homeschoolers exercising their rights,” the Texas woman emphasized. “This is persecution.”

The pediatrician’s office declined to comment, as did DCF and the Fitchburg Police Department, while authorities have yet to produce a warrant that justifies the urgency or necessity of the pursuit.

Read that last line again. Police from MA chased a couple to Texas, took their children, jailed the parents, and haven’t produced a warrant.

The children were all happy and healthy. Doctors are mandatory reporters of ABUSE. Not vaccinating a child because of sincerely held religious beliefs (which I think should just be sincerely held beliefs since the religious part was used as a dodge during covid times), is not abuse.

And the medical establishment whines that people don’t trust them anymore. Why should we? They ask about gun ownership, they destroy families for not following The One True WayTM as set out by Big Gov/Big Pharma.

As a note:

In a 2020 research letter published in JAMA Network, 51% of pediatricians reported that their office had a dismissal policy for families who refused vaccines in the primary series, while 37% of physicians reported often or always dismissing patients themselves. Eighteen percent of those surveyed said parents often or always changed their minds and agreed to vaccination when threatened with a dismissal policy.

Because the CDC gives incentives to do vaccinate. As do insurance companies. And, as we found out in the early 2020’s, ineffective and deadly treatments were forced on people who tested positive for covid. And how about that trans-movement?

The medical establishment has been completely co-opted. Sure, there’s the occasional one who actually just cares about their patients and wants them to be well, but they are few and far between and they get forced out of their profession.

The Marcus Welby days are long over.

  1. There’s a reason why the rest of the country calls them “Massholes”. No offense to those stuck there pursuant to usorious taxes….

  2. Thank the Lord for competent Nurse-Practitioners, because most doctors are merely ‘practicing medicine’.

  3. So if they were arrested in Texas, by Massachusetts police, without a warrant, why isn’t that Interstate Kidnapping?

I mean, I expect things like this from Massachusetts, but still…..

  4. I have no use for doctors anymore. Eat healthy. Exercise, think good things and love life. All you need.
Doctors are politicians in white coats these days.

  5. By not vaccinating their children, the couple was lowering the doctor’s vaccination rate and endangering his kickback from Big Pharma.

Evidently the kickbacks can be more than just financial (wink, wink, nod, nod). Rumor has it that one of my granddaughter’s ex-doctors has a Big Pharma rep who is just a well paid whore.

The last doctor I trusted was fired from the medical practice she worked at because she didn’t push the Covid vaccines hard enough.

I hope Pam Bondi steps into the middle of this case on the side of the parents.

  7. This is the sort of scenario that calls for a scorched-earth extralegal response. The doctor, his or her family, the troopers and their families, on up the line to include whoever authorized this bullshit and signed off on it, should all be targeted. A monetary judgement for damages (paid by the taxpayers, note the perps) is not an acceptable or adequate remedy.

And yes, that is an entirely appropriate and necessary countermeasure, as this sort of thinking requires extreme levels of retribution in order to teach it to back down and stop flexing on it’s victims. Of course it’s assachewsettes, and unchecked tyranny is their thing, so it’s probably a lost cause anyway.

  8. boneman–It’s an odd place, but yes, a deserved moniker.

Gary–I do prefer a physician’s assistant or nurse practitioner.

B–No idea how they pulled it off.

    Rich–Docs are last resort.

Unferth–Yeah, there are a lot of kickbacks that the docs get. I think one of the links above goes to more information about that.

    TMF Bert–Checks and balances, maybe.

BRD–They hide behind qualified immunity but they have no skin in the game so are unchecked.

Pam Bondi can’t even direct the arrest of a videotaped Tesla firebomb terrorist. The only thing she is good at is ……(cricket, cricket).
Until she, and Patel, get off their knees, I got nothing good to say about them.

  10. Doctors nowadays have little freedom to use their own good judgement. They mostly have to work for corporations to deal with the regulatory / insurance burden, and have to do things according to protocols established by money-grubbing psychopathic MBAs , like most every other business in a fascist (govt – big biz ) economy.

After covid, and some studying, I hope to die without ever having to subject to much doctoring. Time to learn self-care.

I don’t blame the doctors so much as the fascist governing paradigm which micro-manages us all. Doctors that pushed back against covid got in a lot of trouble, and it’s not really their job to debate “science” with the ruling bureaucracy – a hopeless endeavor
