  1. The meme insults the 3 Stooges. Plannedemics are started ON PURPOSE by the lowest human beings on earth. There are NO ACCIDENTS involved.

  2. re Ivermectin. TN RINOs are once again fake and gay (retarded too prolly). Not really OTC just like Constitutional Carry really isn’t (doesn’t cover State Parks for instance and in any case TN still has the illegal to carry a gun, or club, “with the intent to go armed” law on the books, yes even in your own home).

In Tennessee, ivermectin can be dispensed over-the-counter (OTC) without a traditional prescription, but it requires a collaborative agreement between a pharmacist and a physician. Patients can fill out a one-page screening form at the pharmacy, which the pharmacist uses to create a prescription under this agreement.

The law allows pharmacists to dispense ivermectin to individuals aged 18 years and older following standardized procedures developed and executed by authorized prescribers.
However, the pharmacy must have a doctor signed off to distribute the medication, and not all pharmacies in Tennessee are currently set up to do this.

Therefore, while ivermectin is available OTC in Tennessee under certain conditions, a doctor’s involvement is still required through the collaborative agreement process.

    1. So it’s just like that “Permitless Carry” Tennesseans have now that is being sold as “Constitutional Carry”.
If you have some contact with a LEO while carrying “permitlessly”, it’s not handled there-and-then; you have to go to court to prove your not a Prohibited Person. If there were only some way you could carry some ID which said you weren’t a PP…
So damn sick an tired of seeing good gun legislation get killed in committee because Tennessee RINOs are too chickenshit to vote on it. Watched every state touching Tennessee go from “No Carry” to some form of “Constitutional Carry” that far outshines Tennessee. We’ve got the same CCW laws we had in 1995, just with some shiny new paint on them.

  3. I am not a lawyer. How much of the Ivermectin purchasing procedure is controlled by the Federal government versus the states?

Even though you’re purchasing Ivermectin in-state, the Feds [probably] argued that it was manufactured out-of-state (or country), and therefore falls under interstate commerce.

Of course, the other alternative is that the Feds ignore the Constitution all together and threaten to withhold funding to the state if they stray from what the Feds want.

Translation: I’m not sure how much the states can actually do to make it an honest over-the-counter drug. At least Tennessee is trying to make it easier to acquire. More needs to be done. Hopefully RJK jr can do something about it.

  5. I really havent followed this ivermectin thing because I bought it (and lots of other vet meds/supplies) OTC at will in Texas in the 1980s back when i was doing the prepper thing. Then i bought some circa mid 1990s to deworm my dog in Tennesse in the mid-90s. I still see it for sale, tho now it tends to be (but not always) behind a locked display case.
You can also buy it online by just providing money + an address to send it to as far as I can tell.
