Vineyard Windfarm–Struck by lightning…

You’d think that the folks running this thing would realize that a higher power is telling them something. First one of the windmills shatters into pieces, sending shards of pollution into the ocean and onto beaches.

Now, that same one has been hit by lightning.

Catch a clue folks!

Trump, on day one, suspended off-shore leasing for wind farms and I heard him talk about the death of marine life, including whales, associated with the farms more than once.

With more eyes turning to nuclear (micro reactors or small modular reactors) as well as increasing oil production in the US, I hope that these abominations, along with solar farms, go the way of the dodo.

  1. I hope we don’t have H1Bs involved with the small nukes, or anyone with impulse control issues.

  2. Personally, I think that small scale wind turbines are great….if they are small and located on or at the place that would use that power. Like a ranch or farm.
This obsession with LARGER, LARGER is only a way for the grifters to get their mitts on some easy taxpayer money.
Oh and another thing….put some solar arrays on all of those gas station canopies. Then those stations should have to use that power before they can use the grids power.

  3. Weren’t these the same wind turbines Teddy the Swimmer tried to put the kibosh on back in the day?
    Something about ruining the scenery…
