Because the Dept of Ed has been so fucking successful (in expenditures, not in helping to improve the education of the children of the United States) in being an indoctrination machine and in pushing progressive agendas. So they decided it was a place to grandstand.
I really feel sorry for the guy standing in the door, facing the ravening crowd. Because who the fuck would want Maxine Waters in his face? Surely the stuff of nightmares.
They tried every intimidation tactic in the book and of course had media with them. A sample:
“Look them in the eye, come on, hold your face up ! Look at them! Let them see you!” the congresswoman shouted, gesturing to the other representatives and media cameras.
The man, standing quietly with his arms crossed, did not move from his position.
“This is him! Look at him,” Waters raved on, before demanding the man’s ID. “What’s your name? Tell us your name! Give me that ID again!”
Finally federal officers showed up and dispersed the obnoxious group.
Hope the guy got some hazard pay. He deserves it.
