  1. For some reason, book banning is okay when the left does it (Huckleberry Finn), but an unconstitutional moral outrage when decent parents do it.

  2. Unferth—The problem is the definition of banning shifted. The left wants books to get the Fahrenheit 451 treatment. The right wants them kept out of grade school libraries. The the left calls that banning.

    It would cost less to build the ‘Transatlantic Tunnel’ (hurrah!)
    The effect on global weather or at least the Gulf of Mexico and surrounding nations would be hard to underestimate.
