Fake, fake, fake and more fake–Cosplaying being middle class

I’d find it laughable if it wasn’t so sad.  Harris and Walz both are trying to really show that they are one with the middle class

But this one, for some reason, just made me laugh/snort–Walz pretending to work on the engine of an old car.  But his hands are absolutely pristine/clean.

My hands get dirtier checking the air in my tires.

No, it’s not his greatest sin–that’s definitely his stolen valor, but these folks consider themselves to be the smart ones.

ETA:  I guess the thing that chaps my ass is that these clowns are cosplaying my life.  I worked fast food and have the stories to tell about it (not just ‘I did fries’).  I worked in corn fields and picked fruit.  In college I worked to pay room and board.   And that’s what everyone around me did too.  To put on a middle-class skinsuit and prance around because you think that middle class = stupid, is the ultimate in audacity.

Trump owns his background, he doesn’t put on dungarees and ask where he ‘can get himself a huntin’ license’ a la John Kerry.  He’s genuine and it shows.
