    The Gill Biden stepping in for the missing president memeOK, it may be unconstitutional and illegal under the rules but ask yourselves, who would you rather have in charge?     Gerry—Yeah but he bought them with our money…Phil—At least Harris was elected to it. Jill shouldn’t be anywhere near that table.
