You know what they say ‘crap data in, crap data out’, right? Well something that has been allowing crap data into the system is states following court orders to change a person’s sex on their drivers license.
This leads to all sorts of bad, like the guy in Missouri who got his sex changed on his license and started going into the women’s locker room at the gym. The gym claimed that because his license said that he was a she, then their hands were tied. JD over at youtube has the scoop on how it shook out.
At the Olympics, two XY chromosome men with passports that said they were women were allowed to beat the crap out of XX women in boxing.
Texas is finally putting an end to the practice.
The Texas Department of Public Safety has stopped accepting court orders for the purpose of changing gender markers on driver’s licenses, a department spokesperson said in an email to NBC News.
The statement said the state’s attorney general’s office raised concerns “regarding the validity of court orders” that instruct Texas agencies, including DPS, to change “the sex of individuals in government records, including driver licenses and birth certificates.”
DPS in its statement said neither it, nor other state government agencies, “are parties to the proceedings that result in the issuance of these court orders, and the lack of legislative authority and evidentiary standards for the Courts to issue these orders has resulted in the need for a comprehensive legal review by DPS and the OAG.”
“Therefore, as of Aug. 20, 2024, DPS has stopped accepting these court orders as a basis to change sex identification in department records — including driver licenses,” it said.
Finally. This has been a back door for allowing insanity to filter into our legal system of identification–one of the most important things in today’s world.
More states need to follow suit. It’s one way to shut this down and to curtail activist judges’ actions.
