This is despite the fact that the ‘experts’ say that these mutilations never happen to children.
It’s gotta stop. If the parents are too stupid or are being lied to by doctors, then laws need to be in place to prevent it and doctors that do it should have the same procedures performed on them before they go to jail.

This cannot be legal in ANY sense of the word, and yes, not only those performing it but those allowing it should be put UNDER the @#$#@% jail!!!
