Behold, the poster children of the liberal mindset

A couple bought a house in Concord, NH.  $800,000 worth of house.  It’s historic, don’tchya know.

Five bedrooms, three and a half baths and a lovely front yard.  And a backyard with a swingset for the kids that remains unused.

Because there is a homeless encampment in the woods behind the house. And the vagrants are armed.

But here’s the insanity:

Bach is a progressive who has considerable sympathy for people facing homelessness. And while she’d like them off her property, she says she’s concerned that evicting them will just move the issue elsewhere and turn it into someone else’s problem.

So she would rather have a full-blown security system and a backyard that she can’t use.  And trash, fuck-tons of trash.

Even though Bach has certainly had some frightening encounters with the people trying to survive behind her home, she has talked to some of them in an effort to understand their struggle.

Most recently, she spoke with a man who said he holds a 9 to 5 job and cleans up his garbage with contractor bags.

She believes it would be better if the city created a sanctioned camping area somewhere away from where she lives, as its become clear to her that these people need a helping hand.

Because she’s a ‘progressive’ she would rather lock herself in her home and foist her problem on the nearest governmental body.

I just don’t get it.

  1. As a resident of NH, I have no sympathy with the the whinning liberal in Concord. NH is a very friendly state when it comes to self-defense, stand your ground, the castle doctrine and just plain old stay-off-my-lawn-and-you-won't-get-shot.She could end the problem but chooses not to. She chooses to be a victim instead and she is probably the poster child of why we here in NH hate Massholes moving in.The rest of NH has ceded Concord and several areas around to the liberals. We probably shouldn't have but we did. Time to take it all back, one block at a time if necessary, is coming. OutOfTime

  3. One can be concerned for the wellbeing of others. But that doesn't mean you invite them into your home. Parasitic behavior dictates when one enters, others will follow. That is true whether it be insects or vagrants. Then, after having inculcated them to your tolerance, now you take action because your tolerance is exhausted, they will turn on you, often viciously. The mentally defective, I'm talking the 'progressives', are digging themselves into a hole. They will be fortunate to have their assets or their lives only moderately damaged when the time comes that their tolerance is at an end. It will be epic.

Now late 70's, retired and living well – hard work persistence, some luck and not being an ass hole went a long way: it's not a difficult concept to live by – I did it, others can also.Worker

Those are the ones for whom we need an armed society.
