Who could have guessed it? Masks are bad?

In Chicago, where masks were required during the covid times and where thugs ran rampant looting and stealing and burning, while wearing masks, an alderman has suggested harsher penalties for crimes committed while wearing masks.

This is absurd.  Harsher laws for something that is already illegal is just dumb.  Because what’s going to happen?  A person allowed to walk after robbing or murdering someone is not really going to give a shit if there’s another ‘robbing while wearing a mask’ charge–they are still going to walk.

Hilariously enough, this proposal is being challenged due to ‘racism’.

“It has its merits, but at the same time this is something that’s really going to affect the Black and brown community,” Ald. Chris Taliaferro told The Center Square. “We’re looking at enhancing penalties and enhancing punishment when it comes down to the youth or adults in Black and brown communities.”

Normalizing masks caused so many security issues, both personal and for businesses.  It also caused mask psychosis for people who, now that medical profession is not being paid to bludgeon the populace with Birx and Fauci’s draconian policies,  are being disabused of the notion that masks are useful, or that they ever were and their worldview is taking a hit.

You’ll need to go to the link above to watch the video.  But it’s pretty telling.

It’s interesting they are just talking masks, not face coverings:

With faces covered in keffiyehs, carrying torches, waving Palestinian flags, these agitators called for Revolution against America on the very day celebrating the nation’s founding. The walked through Greenwich Village chanting against the nation that celebrates their right to speak freely.
