 In West Virginia:

A 4th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled 2-1 last week that West Virginia’s transgender sports ban violated Becky Pepper Jackson’s rights under Title IX, the federal civil rights law that prohibits sex-based discrimination in schools. Jackson, 13, has been taking puberty-blocking medication and publicly identified as a girl since she was in the third grade.

This led to:

Five girls stepping up to the shotput line at a track meet and then bowing out in protest.  The girls were subsequently punished and banned from participating (punishment held in abeyance for a couple of week).  As a note, the boy “Becky” won the shotput by over five feet.

And now (note:  B.P.J. is the aforementioned Becky Pepper Jackson):

 Cross, a former middle school athlete and teammate of transgender athlete B.P.J., alleges that B.P.J. made multiple sexually-explicit remarks to her and to other female teammates. 

“During the end of that year, about two to three times per week, B.P.J. would look at me and say “suck my d***,” Cross said, according to the court filing. “I heard B.P.J. say the same thing to my other teammates, too.

“B.P.J. made other more explicit sexual statements that felt threatening to me. At times, B.P.J. told me quietly ‘I’m gonna stick my d*** into your pu***.’ And B.P.J. sometimes added ‘and in your a**’ as well.’” 

Now the riddle.  We have an eighth grade boy who has been on puberty blockers and estrogen since third grade.  Supposedly thinks of himself as a girl.  Shares a locker room with girls.  But threatens to rape and sodomize his female teammates.  With his ‘d***’.  Which, since he’s been chemically castrated (?!?) should not be a possibility either physically or in theory.  

So why would he even threaten something like this if he truly thinks he’s a girl?

I’m going to go out on a limb and say that there’s going to be a tragedy before this sad child’s life plays out.  His parents  have allowed and celebrated his mental disorder (or maybe they have ‘toys in their attic’ as well). 

Actually I have only been able to find mention of a mother–a single mother with three boys so IMO she always wanted a little girl and fucked up her youngest son to make that happen.

It’s clear that despite the drugs he is supposedly on are not working considering his growth spurt and newfound dominance of track and field. 

And from his comments, he’s starting to get angry.  Someone is going to get raped, hurt, or killed.  Maybe multiple someones.
