Dan–I deleted your comment for a couple of reasons 1) the slur name for San Fran and 2) the literal overkill for blocking traffic and 3) it's my blog. Car mounted Cattle deflectors. Electrified car bodies, stink bombs, bear mace, and host of non lethal ways are viable. Or how about a simple law. 10 days mandatory jail time or community service collecting snakes and gators?

Are (were?) there not laws on the books alluding to “impeding or blocking” traffic being an offense? I seem to remember folks being ticketed.Not that I would see scores of citations written, but it points to the activity being illegel.Of course, the workaround is crosswalks, but even there only PEDESTRIANS have right of way. And in order to BE a pedestrian one must be WALKING. Of course a non-stop parade of morons back and forth would be effective.And there are no crosswalks over interstate highways.I've not yet been confronted by this. Being in Florida, possibly I may not.Just a thought… they may arrest them here in FL to protect them. We have constitutional concealed carry here and traffic patterns statewide that have lead to extremely short fuses behind the wheel. I would not be surprised if some of them were to be shot.Peaceful protest is one thing. Passive aggression is STILL aggression and need be curtailed.
