 The Mayo Clinic has finally published a study that indicates that puberty blockers may not be reversible and could cause cancer.  

Mayo Clinic experts say puberty blockers can lead to withering testicles, fertility problems and even cancer among the trans kids who take them, in the latest study to raise alarm about transgender medicine.

Pretty much we already knew this.  And most non-zealots agree that counseling is better than drugs.  Unlike other studies, these actually looked at young people instead of mice or rats.

The UK has disallowed puberty blockers for children for almost a year.

Most of the arguments to the contrary came from one group:  the World Professional Association for Transgender Health.  They were recently busted when chat messages between members were released indicated that their members KNEW that they were not acting in the best interest of their patients and that they knew they were mutilating children who would have been better served by counseling or just waiting since most children claiming to be trans grow out of it, just as they used to grow out of the ‘wanting to be a pirate’ phase.

Those ‘physicians’ need to be kept away from children, lose their licenses, and be put into jail.
