For the Eclipse–A Special Movie Monday

The movie is Ladyhawke if you didn’t recognize Rutger Hauer as Navarre.
Stellar cast–Rutger Hauer, Michelle Pfeiffer, Matthew Broderick and Alfred Molina in a small part.
The premise:
A couple in love have been cursed by an evil jealous bishop.  He’s a wolf by night, she’s a hawk by day.
As long as the curse exists, they cannot touch.
I’ll take an eclipse to help them break the curse.

  4. Even with rifftrax, I tend to fall asleep during this one.The older I get, the more insufferable Broderik gets.

  5. Anon at 2:28 am, I agree with you on Broderick. Ferris Bueller was cute and original when it came out, watching it now makes me root against him after about 5 minutes into the movie. I watched Lady Hawke about a year ago and loved all the scenes without Broderick, so-so with him in it.
