Boneman–They have popped up in my neck of the woods like fungus. And they are done poorly so there's no time to get in or out of them. The fact that there aren't MORE wrecks is staggering to me.

Our local residents finally put their foot down on traffic circles AKA roundabouts. I thought the city planner was going to cry.

Damn Roundabouts. There are 4 of them on a one mile stretch very near me. I almost got hit Head On by a woman traveling way too fast on top of going around the wrong way. I'll give you one guess.She didn't even blink.I have seen at least 6 wrecks there including a vehicle that wound up sitting on a sidewalk upside down.They put the damn things in because they are cheap compared to lights and there is no maintenance to them.I have even seen them take lights out to put them in. The best one is on a highway that is a levee that had a light so you could turn into a small town.Right in the middle of a long straight stretch.Can you say fatality?Oh yeah, people going 60 mph at night and out of nowhere is this roundabout now that didn't used to be there.It either launches them into the river or twenty feet down into a ditch.

Kerkorian, regardless of your personal thoughts on suicide, had full consent of those he assisted. He did not experiment on captive humans, use government violence to achieve his goals, etc. And control over one's own life is the ultimate measure of freedom and liberty.
