(A.K.A. Non-Original Rants)

There are no atheists inside a tornado….

Some storm chasers bit off more than they could chew and got to see a tornado from the inside.

I’m sure they had to hose out what was left of the car.

I honestly can’t say that I wouldn’t be screaming like a little girl also, but they filmed the whole thing.

  1. If yer gonna chase storms, you better be prepared to face the storm. If not, stay home.

  2. I would have shot the screamer! Jesus is not gonna help you if you drive into a tornado… Purposely. Like B said above play with a blade, expected to be cut by that blade.

  3. Followed the link and chuckled at the dude that lost his sh1t. Bad of me as no one knows how they will act until Death wags his finger at them. Wimps become heroes and big men go to pieces. At the end I got referred to this video of Justin Hayward performing Forever Autumn from the War of the World’s album.https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VgbXjYnCLrs&t=25sI was watching/listening with the headphones on while my wife watches TV. Afterwards she tells me she was at school and she met him and got his autograph! Sadly the school had the pic and put it up in class – long gone now. Small world – circles in circles LOL

  4. These shit-for-brains dumbasses are very, very lucky to be alive. I assume the sole purpose of their “adventure” was to simply get some interesting video for fame and/or fortune? They intentionally got themselves into a potentially deadly situation then have the audacity to ask Jesus for protection? I can only hope these idiots do not reproduce.

  5. I was in the shelter during and post Hurricane Ian. Saw quite a few folks brought in after that were in the same state these guys were in. Heard their stories. This kind of underlines it bigtime.Brings to mind a quote from none other than Ron White: “It's not THAT the wind is blowin', it's WHAT the wind is blowin'.”I wonder if those fellows decided that perhaps a minor change in career path was in their immediate future? OR…. being meteorologist (I would think) and knowing the odds of it happening twice, figured they're good to go.For me, I would not have been there in the first place.

  6. B–Yep. It seems like fun until the phone poles start falling….Cederq–It would have been a mercy to hit him in the head or something.chuckyman–Yeah, I hope I will react well, but my fear is that I won't.Peaowed–They are very lucky. And maybe someone watched over them, considering the condition of the car.Boneman–It'll be interesting to check in on them. It took months before they posted the video. Yeah, going towards tornados isn't something I'd do deliberately.

  7. Having a private pilots license I have had a situation or two that could have ended tragically, after dealing with situation being calm on the radio was extremely important. You don't want your last words to be a crying little wimp. I agree with Cederq if not shooting a good ass whooping after was definitely warranted.

  8. Craig–I've heard someone be controlled and concise on the radio in one or two situations 🙂 Very important and yes, an ass-whooping on the screamer would have been warranted.
