That’s one of the principles of Burning Man. And although that’s never really been the case, it’s worse this year because of the rain.
People just left tons of crap behind, destroyed miles of desert, and had an adverse effect on local wildlife.
Apparently love, drugs, and sex doesn’t translate into land stewardship.
Hypocrites.
THe real “burners” stopped coming years ago. The prices for tickets and the extremely large crowds chased them away.Not it is a bunch of wealthy liberals who are pretending. Much like the folks at Sturgis, the real people who made the legend are gone.The whole thing is now just a reflection of what it once was.It is just entertainment now.
