    Platinum level memes today, I am stealing several!BTW, I am especially surprised and pleased to see one I actually created a few years back!!!Kirk asking the freaks if they are from Portland.I live right across the river from that shit hole and when I ran across that picture that meme was born! Portland's unofficial motto is Keep Portland Weird and that picture fit perfectly.
