I used the Kodak bulk film container for the bulk stash & the film roll container for going out to parties. Still have a bunch of them. And the last one.. Proper BBQ sauce is yellow.

Does the word’s etymology indicate the person’s remote relatives might be from a specific part of Africa perhaps? There are two countries with similar sounding names and spelling.

Gerry–That's how I get all of my memes! Share at will!Birdchaser–I have to admit I have a couple from back in the day for nostalgia's sake only, of course. As for yellow–a guy down the way from me used mustard instead of vinegar on his ribs as a marinade before grilling–gotta say they were pretty awesome. That said, not a fan of mustard-based BBQ sauce even though I know it's a thing in SC.

Don't mind me–The meme was over the top and I'm embarrassed that it went up. That said, having to self-censor is wearing on me. And yes, when it comes to a point where your skin tone is the factor on whether or not it is 'permissible' to use a particular word, then we've totally lost the plot. The word in question is a diminutive of a word still used by the United Negro College Fund (because it still brings in money?), then used as a pejorative (kinda?), then adopted by rappers, used extensively within their community, and used basically to control the speech of everyone else. If they don't have a problem with the use of the word, then neither should anyone else. The fact that I avoided using it shows that even I have been conditioned.
