In Southern Illinois, a high school decided to let a fourteen year old girl into the boy’s locker room without prior notice.  One of the boys was understandably taken aback and a small shoving match between two (real) boys took place.

The boy who was not happy to have a girl-child in the locker room now has a disciplinary mark on his record. Joseph (the boy): 

“is on the scholar bowl, Beta Club, National Honor Society, youth and government, band, the wrestling team, is at the top of his class, and was chosen and won of the senior of the month by the faculty. Joseph has no absences this year and a GPA for this quarter of 5.51 on a 5 point scale. “

The physical education teacher, bucking orders, would not let the girl back into the boy’s locker room.

As the article points out, there are possible other legal ramifications to this.  Some of the young men in the locker room are 18.  The girl is 14.  There is the real risk of a legal statutory action against the young men through no fault of their own.

These school administrators are seriously batshit crazy.  As are the parents of the girl who would put her in that situation.  

It’s truly the tyranny of the minority–like with the women in other situations, the rights of the majority to privacy of their persons are being pushed aside.
