Some person from DC went a little too far into the country with their Electric Vehicle and ran out of juice in coal mining country in the hills of West Virginia. The miners got the word that someone was out of power on their haul road and went into action.
They couldn’t tow it because it’s all plastic underneath. So five of them pushed the car up the road to their office so it could plug in and get charged up. They even gave the driver a ‘Friend of Coal’ plate afterwards.
One could hope that this act of kindness will start a ripple, but considering DC, I fear not.
