This should be interesting

“A student kicked out of the private Massachusetts School of Law for refusing COVID vaccination is suing Republican Gov. Charlie Baker, the state public health commissioner and medical examiners for feeding allegedly fraudulent data to the feds, which used the data to help devise COVID guidance adopted by his school.”

His case may be helped by the fact that the CDC has backed off.  His case will be hurt by the fact that he’s representing himself.

The data that he is concentrating on is the classification of covid deaths–specifically the died with covid vs. died of covid. And he’s bringing exhibits.  His contention is that the data was falsely exaggerated in order to force people into getting the shots.

Something that I think anyone reading this blog would be aware of.

Good luck to John Paul Beaudoin Sr. in his quixotic quest to bring some accountability to the world.
