What do doctors wear under their scrubs–Boxers or Briefs?

On my daily walk, I go past a golf course.  The parking lot is fairly close to the sidewalk.  I see movement between cars and glance over.  A guy is between some cars–shielded from the building but in full view of the sidewalk and road–shimmying out of his scrubs.

So I slow my steps a little bit (but am still moseying along).  Honestly I was curious to see if he was going for the Full Monty in broad daylight. (I’m human, sue me.)

No such luck.  He got his scrub bottoms off to reveal a set of red plaid boxers.  Then he glanced up and saw me.  And turned the same colors as his boxers.

I just smiled, waved, gave a thumbs-up and kept on truckin’ with a little chuckle.

Guessing he might use the locker room next time.

  1. An answer to a question I never asked !!!!I've never had a problem with changing clothes in a parking lot.Except for that time I was parked in the fire lane……..

  2. I have been to the National Fallen Firefighters Memorial Weekend at the National Fire Academy several times over the years. Even though it is in early October, it can be excruciatingly warm in northern Marlyand standing outside in a FD dress uniform. The event is over on early Sunday afternoon, and EVERYONE strips in the parking lots between the vehicles to get out of uniform and into shorts and t-shirts for the long ride home. Boxers, briefs, panties, and bras everywhere and nobody cares who sees. The best show I ever got was at Wellfleet Beach on Cape Cod, MA one summer, watching some lovely ladies strip completely naked to put on wetsuits for surfing. They did not even try to hide themselves, for which I was grateful.G.D.
