The Republican National Committee has (finally) voted to withdraw from the Committee on Presidential Debates. This supposedly non-partisan committee has been showing its bias for decades and really showed its favoritism during the last two Presidential elections, both by the ‘moderators’ it chose and by the rules it set.
The 2016 debates were complete farces with Dem operatives showing their bias during each debate (how about Chris Wallace actually interrupting Trump?). And the timing of the 2020 debates was also suspect.
The Committee on Presidential Debates should be disbanded and the parties should work out the details of each debate themselves.
