 Novavax has put in for FDA emergency use authorization of its covid shot.  

It’s old school  : a ‘protein based’ vaccine that introduces a person’s immune system to inactive virus cells – similar to the flu shot and many other common vaccines – in order to mount a response.”

Their studies were done before the Rise of the XOMICRON so no telling on that, but this is a huge step.

The FDA really seems to want to get the mRNA-based vaxxes into everyone in the world–babies, zoo animals, adults, regardless of the fact that they are killing more people than any previous old-school true vaccine (what they meant by the term before they changed it twice).

I don’t know if Fauxi has any stocks in Novavax and that might be a factor into any approval.  We’ll see if the FDA makes its ruling on it in the 108 day window they’ve used for the others.
