So the NRA has cancelled its annual meeting in Houston citing covid.
It couldn’t be because they don’t want to face their constituency or anything?
You know, because of :
- The failed bankruptcy maneuver (which failed because the judge noted it was a bad faith move)?
- The fact that Wayne LaPierre is still in place in the organization?
- The fact that Ted Nugent left the board?
- The fact that their stupidity has given the state of New York legal ammo to dissolve the organization?
If I was on the board of the NRA (of course if I was on the board this crap wouldn’t be happening), then I’d be hiding like a cockroach exposed to light. And the last thing I’d do was get in a room full of angry members.
Wonder what excuse they’ll come up with next year??
