Critical Race Theory is a racist revision of history and sociology that, in essence, makes white people evil. They’ve framed this ideology so that there’s no right answer, along the lines of ‘when did you stop beating your wife’.
If you’re white, you’re racist. If you say you’re not, then you’re deluded (and racist). CRT trickles down to such idiocy as microaggressions (ie-crosswalk signs are racist because the white man is for go and the brown hand is for stop). It can’t be because it’s a logical configuration of both sign language and optical clarity.
The Biden Dept of Ed links to a radical CRT group as part of its recommendation for teaching (they tried to walk it back, but yet, the link persists). The National Education Association has said that they want to ‘investigate’ opponents to the teaching of CRT. They’ve also voted to support the teaching of CRT around the country.
All evidence to the contrary, the American Federation of Teachers insists that CRT isn’t taught in K-12–that they only teach honest history. Except for the fact that their idea of ‘honest history’ is actually CRT. They are pushing their members to teach CRT regardless of state laws banning such teachings.
The fact that CRT started in higher education is the root of the issue. The way the unions have ginned up how to become a teacher, you have to go through the indoctrination process in order to enter into the field. These are the people who are teaching the teachers. All other students are being indoctrinated also since CRT is endemic throughout a lot of schools’ curricula.
Parents are catching on to this ideological push as an unintended consequence of the CCP virus shutdown of schools. If parents hadn’t been at home to see what their students were learning, this would have continued unchecked.
The people pushing this have realized that a lot of parents now know what CRT is. So they did what all liberals do. They re-branded it. It’s now DENI.
Parents are going to need to stay on their toes but until the rot is cut out of higher education curricula, then it will continue to infect all education in the country.
