 So in MA, there is a ‘ghost’ tracking app that keeps installing itself onto people’s smartphones.  It’s happening without their permission and is apparently reinstalling itself when it’s been removed.  The article mentions only android phones, but this app was creating in conjunction with Apple.  It has no icon–people noticed it when they were looking through their settings.

• No tickets will ever be given for not wearing a seatbelt
• Social Security Numbers won’t ever be used for identification purposes
• Tracking is completely voluntary….
