The Feds are overstepping (again)

Federal AG Merrick Garland has decided that the election audit going on in Arizona is now the fed’s business.  Of course, they’re wanting to derail the process or make sure that the results don’t see the light of day.  The DOJ, arguably the most corrupt of any federal agency, couldn’t be bothered to actually represent justice or try to ensure election integrity when asked, nor could the courts.  So finally some states are taking the matter into their own hands.  Which has the feds peeing their collective pants.

Since elections are Constitutionally under the control of each state, he’s stepping into a world of hurt (hopefully).  State Senator Wendy Rogers isn’t taking these threats lying down.  She’s publicly stated that the state of Arizona will not allow federal meddling in this process.

  1. The ugly reality is that if the JustUs Dept. decides to roll in with a massive show of force and seize all the evidence there isn't a damn thing to be done to stop it. NO state is going to do what needs to be done to prevent that….because stopping that would require State badgemonkeys to SHOOT Federal badgemonkeys. And that is NEVER going to happen.

  3. At the state and local level there is very little love with the Famous But Incompetent. The FBI as a group do not play well with others. Individual agents are a different subject, especially if they were in law enforcement before coming to the agency.Shootout no but fisticuffs are a possibility, till a court tells the feds to pound sand.Gerry

  4. Hoping that the courts will back the AZ folks up. It's been hit or miss (mostly miss) on constitutional areas lately.
