They’ve filed charges against former officers Hopp and Jalali in Loveland CO for assault and official misconduct in the arrest of Karen Garner.
The new DA has also talked to his office, who reviewed the videos before he came on the job, and told them that turning a blind eye won’t be tolerated, however, whoever did so the first time is still employed.
Three of the snakes are still on the job which means that this department is still a festering sore.
But at least the two most directly involved will hopefully be prosecuted and convicted and will lose their pensions.
