Nice to know that Allen Dershowitz agrees with me

My first thought after hearing the results of the Chauvin trial was that it came out the way it did because the jurors were scared to death to come up with any other result.

Although the jurors were technically sequestered during the deliberation phase–meaning that they were in a hotel and were told not to watch news pertaining to the trial, Chauvin’s defense attorney argued that there was no way to cut them off completely from news peripheral to the trial.

They were only partially sequestered during the first part of the trialCBS was already trying to doxx themThe Minneapolis Star-Tribune is too.

All the jurors were aware of the riots and destruction.

There really couldn’t be any other result under the circumstances.

It was not justice. It was a rubber stamp bowing to the mob due to intimidation.

Glad to know that Allen came to the same conclusion I did.  Although he says it with a lot more gravitas.

  1. Only those unaware that the election was stolen could believe the jurors weren't intimidated into that verdict.

  2. Or those that know and are trying to destroy our judicial system as well.
