So the small mom and pop pharmacies stepped up (as little guys tend to do) to try to get injections to the people. And they spent insane amounts of money on freezers and equipment to make it happen. Problem-they can’t get reimbursed for their outlay–they are getting the same runaround from insurance companies that the rest of us do. It’s the death of a thousand paper cuts.
