Midwest Chick's Place

 The mayor of Evanston, IL, home of Northwestern University has submitted a request to the university for payment of police overtime caused by student protests vandalism and destruction.  The university was also put on notice that miscreants who attempted to harm police officers and property would be arrested.  The responses from the NU group are so out of this world that Northwestern should be embarrassed.
