The question was in the comments on Twitter (ht: Thomas Whispered) regarding the fact that the city of Seattle is going to make arrest records public (which I believe is status quo in a lot of places). The person asked “Why do they keep repeating the same thing over and over?” I think that maybe they were given their line-du-jour and they just have to say that to anyone ad nauseaum.
But they are as annoying as a small child asking if you’ve reached your destination….
