 Via the Daily Signal: In what will go a long way in draining the swamp, President Trump signed an executive order that will create a new classification of Federal workers.  This would be made up of the, until now, unaccountable career federal workers who make policy and those whose responsibilities are such that they can affect policy by not responding in a timely manner, dragging their feet, etc.  

One could hope that this would include the entire FBI, the folks that handle FOIAs, or those whose job it would be to remove security clearances (it took an entire year for Brennan’s clearance to be revoked after they were directed to do so).

It is impossible to fire a low functioning career federal employee or one who just will not do their job for personal or political reasons.  Combined with the fact that Congress has abrogated its responsibility for creating laws and policies, it is and has been shown to be, a recipe for disaster.

Hopefully this is a good step to reverse that, if those career employees abide by the new order……
