Stupidest/most nebulous reporting ever??

In a world of stupid reporting, this pretty much takes the cake.  I was half-listening to the news yesterday morning and heard something about a ‘threat’ against Obama out of Connecticut, although I think he was in New Hampshire.  The actual reporting verbiage was:

“Authorities are looking for a person driving a car.”

I am not kidding.  That’s what was said.  By a talking head.  With a straight face.   Now neither Connecticut nor New Hampshire are huge states, but that’s quite a few people and I’m sure a large portion of them have cars.
