Midwest Chick's Place

Last night in Chicago an 18 year old male (why are they teens when they do something stupid and men when they do something illegal?) climbed a power tower, got 180 feet up, and then freaked and froze.  Took a bunch of firemen a couple hours to ‘rescue’ this miscreant whom they ended up trussing up and lowering to the ground. 

Way I figure it, they could have either thrown a bungee cord up to him and let him get down quickly or left a Happy Meal at the bottom of the tower.  Just like a cat, he’ll find a way down when he gets hungry enough.
